Take a deep breath. It’s free.
philosophy
Nothing is separate from anything else
Non-duality is not a belief you take on. It is already the case, before anyone names it. There is no religion here, no creed, no method you must follow. Everyone meditates their own way. We simply meet, once a week, and sit in silence (for free).
master mind
The Room Does What You Cannot Do Alone
Some people call it the Master Mind.A mind on its own runs down.Several, held in harmony, carryone another the way batteries do.
arrival
01 Arrive
7:00 – 7:15 pm
A quarter hour to arrive properly.
Chairs are set out, and you are welcome to bring your own cushion if you prefer the floor. Coming a few minutes early leaves time to say hello and settle before the bell.
meditation
02 Meditate
7:15 – 8:00 pm
Forty-five minutes, uninterrupted.
The group sits in silence for forty-five minutes. A bell opens it and a bell closes it; that is the whole of the form. Sit, breathe, follow the practice that is yours, or follow none.
integration
03 Integrate
8:00 – 8:30 pm
What the practice leaves behind.
We end with deep talks: consciousness, spirituality, you name it. Listening is enough. Leaving at eight is normal.
about
Who We Are
Meditation MTL is a weekly in-person meditation circle in Montréal for anyone drawn to meditation, non-duality or awakening. There is no teacher and no doctrine to agree with. People arrive from long practices and from none. Everyone meditates the way they already meditate.
We meet every Tuesday at CEDA on rue Delisle, third floor, Room 307. There are chairs, and there is no charge. Bring a cushion if you have one. If you’ve never come before, now’s the time.
